On Sunday, Jeannie will feature Mozart’s Blue Rondo A La Turk, brought to life by the Dave Brubeck Quartet, and by The Swingle Singers, and Mozart’s(!) Turkish Delight from Cleo Laine. Then there is midnight theme, from Midnight Blue and Round Midnight, and Midnight in Moscow, Midnight in Paris and Midnight In The Air.
Monday brings Eddie Bernasconi with Cannonball Adderley and two tunes from Fiddler On The Roof, a couple of tracks from Tom Avgenicos’s Delay 45 album Flux, and Bach’s Air On A G String from Jacques Loussier. Listen out for Keith Jarrett and One Day I’ll Fly Away, and Joshua Redman with Stop This Train.
