2MBS Fine Music Sydney invites applications for the 2026 2MBS Ken Weatherley Jazz Scholarship, offering $10,000 over one year (half in cash) to talented Sydney-based jazz musicians under 30.
The 2026 2MBS Stefan Kruger Scholarship supports emerging classical musicians in advancing their careers. Valued at $13,000, the 2025 2MBS Stefan Kruger Scholar will receive $8000 cash and $5000 in promotional credit.
Also open is the 2026 Artists in Residence Program, a unique 12-month residency supporting one classical and one jazz ensemble in building their professional profile and audience.
Past residents include the Omega Ensemble, The Streeton Trio, The Marais Project, Anoesis, Sydney Cello Quartet, Outback Brass, Zodiac, Nomad String Quartet and Mosaic Jazz Collective.
