A modern, purpose-built, acoustically-treated recording studio.
The Founders’ Studio is equipped with a Kawai Shigeru Concert Series grand piano. It is ideal for your next rehearsal, recording or live performance.
The acoustic treatment provides an environment well suited to small ensembles and vocalists, instrumental groups, folk and jazz. It has a flat timber floor space of 46 square metres and a ceiling height of 3.9 metres. Full-length heavy drapes on three sides can be closed to reduce reverberation and create a very intimate soundspace.
Rehearsals
An intimate and quiet space for performance rehearsal, exam practice and private music lessons.
Recording sessions
Well suited to recording small music groups, vocalists, podcasts, voiceovers and audition videos.
Live performances
The studio can accommodate a small audience (subject to ensemble size).
