Ian MacDonald joined 2MBS Fine Music Sydney in 2024 after being a regular listener and subscriber. Ian presents Opera and Operetta, as well as various other programs. Music has always been part of his life, from childhood on, and he has been an opera goer for 50+ years. His musical tastes are eclectic. Unfortunately his own piano keyboard skills have rusted, having spent too much time on other “keyboards” for work but now as a retired org. psych., he enjoys presenting, as well as indulging in lots of theatre and other performances, along with gardening, surfing and snorkelling, cooking, and time with family and grandchildren (who are all learning some form of music).
