This week‘s guest is Australian saxophonist James Ryan. 

Originally from Darwin, now Sydney-based after lengthy periods in Canberra, Brisbane, and London, saxophonist James Ryan is the leader of award winning band ‘The Subterraneans’, and the 15 piece ‘Sonic Mayhem Orchestra’.

At 23 he was the first person to graduate from an Australian university with a Master of Music in Jazz. He has released 7 albums. Has toured throughout Australia, India and Europe.

He’ll be previewing his latest recordings on Rippa Records – Constant Change with The Subterraneans and Live in Mumbai with Scott Tinkler.
