With Ten Part Invention described as the “Rolls Royce of Australian jazz”, and “their virtuosity and musicianship as peerless”, their new album, Time Is Moved, is seriously classy music, being praised for a spacious and natural sound. Twenty years since they last recorded, this reconfirms their innovative approach and original compositions, an inspiration to Australian contemporary jazz, with performances being colourful, thrilling and adventurous.
