José Carreras is a Spanish Catalan tenor who gained wider recognition when he sang alongside Plácido Domingo and Luciano Pavarotti as one of the Three Tenors. As a child, José Carreras showed musical talent from an early age. He entertained the passengers on a steamship from Argentina to Barcelona, and at 8 years old he gave his first public performance, singing ‘La Donna e Mobile’ on Spanish national radio.
Crêpes with mousse and fresh fruits

150 g flour
250 ml milk
2 eggs
40 g butter
50 g sugar

250 ml milk
juice of 2 lemons
Fresh fruits
100 g blackberries
100 g strawberries, diced
100 g blueberries
juice of half a lemon
100 g powdered sugar
mint leaves for decoration
Mix the milk with the flour, eggs, and sugar. Heat butter in a flat pan and bake very thin crêpes.
Whisk the ingredients for the mousse until creamy and brush the crêpes with it.
Sprinkle the fresh fruits with sugar, mix well and marinate with lemon juice. Cover the crêpes with the berry mixture and roll them. Decorate with the mint leaves.
