Keyna Wilkins is a professional jazz crossover musician/composer. She was one of three finalists for the Australian Art Music Awards for Individual Excellence in 2021 and 2018 (APRA/AMCOS), for her jazz-influenced compositions and albums. Jazz Journal UK described her as “… a powerhouse player. Her Bach re-interpretations are meetings of minds.” This was for her solo piano improvisational album “So What Bach”. She performs regularly as a soloist and in ensembles around Australia and internationally, and leads Ephemera Ensemble. She has released 13 albums of original music and her music is published by the Australian Jazz Realbook and Wirripang.
