Opera Australia artists form “The Opera Room”, an independent company bringing art song to classical music lovers all over Sydney.
The Opera Room invites you to the beautiful sandstone church of Campbell Street Presbyterian in Balmain, where with a Steinway piano, Opera Australia singers will present an evening of Lieder by Candlelight at 7.30pm.
The program features Brahms, Schubert, Strauss, Berg, and Liszt. Hear the beautiful voices of the singers unfurling in the magical glow of candlelight- a perfect way to spend an autumn evening.
