Marilyn Schock has been working with Fine Music Sydney for the past 15 years, and contributes to the programming and presenting of Fine Music Drive.
For most of her professional career she danced, specialising in flamenco and modern dance, and as an amateur musician, has been exposed to classical music all her life.
She spent more than 10 years travelling and dancing in Spain, Greece, Portugal and France and loved the experience of living and working amongst different cultures, languages, dance and music.
She played flute in a world music band and an amateur orchestra in Cape Town. She currently plays percussion, including castanets in world music groups, and sings with three different choirs.
Her life and passion is music, listening and sharing the joys of music.
