The Willoughby Symphony Orchestra presents a program of orchestral favourites, opening with Mussorgsky’s dramatic Night on Bald Mountain.
Internationally acclaimed pianist Avan Yu then joins the orchestra for Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1, one of the most celebrated works in the piano repertoire. The concert concludes with Ravel’s dazzling orchestration of Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition.
Conducted by Nicholas Milton AM, this concert brings together three enduring classics of orchestral music.
