Mosaic, a dynamic 10-piece contemporary jazz/neo-soul ensemble, brings together original compositions from emerging Australian composers under 25. Their debut album Where We Are Now reached #2 on the ARIA Jazz & Blues Charts, lauded as “a significant event in Australian Jazz history” (★★★★½ – The Australian). With a lineup of standout young talent, Mosaic’s sound is bold, youthful, and utterly fresh.
Joining them is rising jazz vocalist Liz Player, known for her boundary-pushing performances and rich storytelling. A graduate of the Sydney Conservatorium, Liz has played major stages including Qudos Bank Arena and the ICC, and made history in 2024 as the first artist in a decade to scat on The Voice Australia.

In 2024, Mosaic jazz collective were 2MBS jazz artists-in-residence. From 10 outstanding musicians still on the Conservatory jazz campus, they emerged as a polished unison, with their album Where We Are Now, hitting the ARIA jazz charts at #2. They’re soon heading back into studio for their second album.
